WHAT WE DO?

D.I - direct import.

Our items which are designed in the U.S ,directly imported from the manufacturers to our customers all over the world with no  Middleman involvement!
By doing so we deliver great value at a very affordable price.
delivery time may take a bit longer but you get to save your cash!

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.

How long does delivery take?

10-15 days for the U.S,Canada ,United Kingdom and Australia.

(ships out within 5 days).

15-35 days for: E.U

(ships out within 5 days).

Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Tracking number provided Worldwide.

As for Canada ,United Kingdom and Australia, we do not provide tracking numbers as it would increase our cost for shipping. 

I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee.
